Intelliloan has been the most frustrating business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We have been trying to close our refi for over 2 months with no end in sight when they said 21 days to close. Our house has a ridiculous amount of equity, in fantastic shape with over 100k in renovations, appraised 100k over the amount we had to be in for a refi, yet Intelliloan says that the Appraisal needs to be reviewed again by another appraiser and they can't find one for over 2 weeks now. Our home was appraised below comps by 20k there is no reason why this should be happening and it is absolutely exhausting to have our entire households financial plans on hold. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS!! This is unfair to our family and absolutely terrible business!!
