Would never live in another PLI managed property a...

Would never live in another PLI managed property again. We had a laundry room that flooded every time there was a heavy rain. This had been going on long before we moved in as the water had cracked the foundation. It went on for the 3+ years that I lived there. After it flooded, nothing was dried or cleaned. Common areas were rarely cleaned. Garbage and recycling would overlfow regularly.

Good luck trying to get in contact with any staff there. Not entirely sure half of them actually exist.
