Absolutely the worst customer service. Did not explain that our power would be turned on within an 8 hour time frame, if they would have, I would have made my turn on date earlier. When we arrived at our new house at noon, it was 98 degrees in the house due to no power. I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for a manager who proceeded to tell me that she could not give me a time of when the power would be turned on. When I asked why I was not told when setting up my account and paying over $300 for a deposit that there was an 8 hour window for turning on the power she had no comment. I then asked her if it was possible to have someone come out to the house earlier to "Turn on the switch", which literally takes 2 seconds. Her reply - THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, WE HAVE NO CONTACT WITH OUR TECHNICIANS. REALLY?????? How is it possible that nobody at the company knows where the technicians are? It took all of 1 second to take my money but 8 hours to flip a switch - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! BUT WHAT CAN WE DO - ITS A MONOPOLY, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS, I WILL STILL SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.
