Only reason this isn t a 5/5 is after 5 stays with this rental company we had a booking need changed due to the house we rented having maintenance issues just before our scheduled visit. The rental company alerted us to the issue which we completely understood but then struggled to find us an alternate options for our stay. They had nothing of equal value (size and location) so instead of moving us upward in accommodations they attempted to move us downward. Smaller place, less bedrooms etc. we were traveling with multiple families so this wasn t going to work. When I pointed out that detail they said well we have bigger places but you ll have to pay more I felt that was a miss on this companies part. Better service would have been to upgrade us for the inconvenience and have the insurance pay the difference in price since our challenge was by fault of a piping emergency. We ended up paying more and staying at a lovely house but this resulted in the 4. Little details. The price difference for what its worth was $340. Hard to imagine that could not have been comped to compensate us for our inconvenience... so 4/5 it is.
