This past summer, my parents and I started looking for a summer home on Cape Cod. My mom s family owns a home in Hyannis, but all of us are older now, so we need a home with more space. We needed some consultation to begin our search. So, my parents have known Ipyana for many years. We live in New York, so this technology was extremely convenient and really efficient. We have yet to buy, but when we do, we will be sure to continue using Ipyana and Proper Realty as our go to team.
