I m not one to complain, but last nights meal was ...

I m not one to complain, but last nights meal was undeniable the worst meal of 2018 so far and in a long time actually...and my partner will also agree. I feel it s absolutely worth taking the time out to mention this to whoever is in charge of a team that displays such a lackadaisical approach to an entire dining experience on such a wonderful brisk Saturday night during Oakland s winter season.

We ve been here once before which had us coming back for what we thought was a good reason...The Impossible Burger, some edamame and a beet salad...alongside of TWO margaritas (one each) is what we ordered. We got our drinks and imidiatly realized there was no salt and they were extremely sweet/the Mix tasted stale. After sitting there for almost 40 mins without any type of service....we asked a random employee if they could change the drinks that we had placed at the end of the table over 30 mins prior to asking for help.

Our burger came out cold and by itelf!!! 10 mins after we finished our burger, this sad excuse for a salad came out alongside of the edamame!!?? It was like the worst service ever. Then we get charged for the drinks they said they would replace?????

We paid $83 for one burger, a salad, edamame, and two drinks? I left a message on the check and for the first time in my life I didn t tip and still feel guilty because I worked in the food industry and know just how hard things can be.

Perhaps you need better kitchen management and friendlier/more productive and less judgmental staff?

I d love to hear back from you about this issue because I don t feel like spending $80 for my experience there
is or was worth it and I need to speak up for the better of your company and because I m honestly just completly dissatisfied with my experience.
