My mom was admitted there for two weeks. When she arrived there she was in her own personal wheelchair. They lost her wheelchair and want my family to purchase a new one. We have been lied to by case manager Heather and a black man in finance. They are telling us that they will get her a wheelchair, but three weeks after she was discharged still no wheelchair. My mother is on dialysis and she needs her chair. That is how she gets around. It's sad that we call these people heros and they act just the opposite. My family will get her another one , but I am going to contact the news because how many people, less fortunate people has to go through this. It's already a devastating time that she is sick, but why do we have to endure more pain and discomfort from people who care less about their patients.
