We had a dishwasher stop working. It took about 2 weeks to get an appointment. Then the guy who came out didn't know anything about our machine so it took another week to get the next appointment. They had to get a part which took another week. A whole month without a working dishwasher. And it's broken down multiple times since then.

Today I'm trying to get an appointment for my ac that's not working and have been on hold for 2 HOURS and 40 MINUTES! They know that if you're in a contract there's nothing you can do about it. I don't know of any other company that can stay in business with such a lack of customer service.
