I contacted WESTKINS in September 2013 in regards to my Tier 1 Entrepreneur refusal appeal. The initial application was made by my previous solicitor who seems to have very limited knowledge about the Tier 1 entrepreneurial immigration rules. Home office refused my application on the basis of God knows everything. There was a 10 page refusal letter which criticized every aspect of my business and challenged the genuineness of my business. UKBA have rejected my application on more than 20 solid points which mainly occur due to the negligence and lack of attention from my previous solicitor. However, they have given me the right of appeal. I contacted many solicitors/immigration consultants but no one has agreed to take this case as there was a very little chance of success for the Appeal and volume of refusal was very big. I contacted WESTKINS as it was recommended by a member of my family and had the initial meeting with James and Amir and discuss the case.

They guided me with their full plan of the appeal in the initial meeting and explain the weaknesses and strengths of our appeal as we went along. My point of contacts was James Canlas and Danielle Mapp though out the course of the appeal. I must say they are not only organized individual but have an immense amount of immigration law knowledge and expertise as well. They have ushered me on every step and make themselves available to me whenever required. Their particular skill set has designed around providing the 5 star services to their clients. They are always reliable and available to guide me from completing my witness statement to the day of hearing. They remain honest and guided me with the truth rather than creating a superficial expectation around the decision. The way they work as a team with me is totally admirable. Their work brought an enormous amount of value in my appeal, which results in the positive outcome even though it was an extremely challenging case with the damage already done from my previous solicitor.

On numerous occasions I have to take third parties references, approvals and expertise and I must say Westkins works with reliable and credible external suppliers. The barrister they have provided me was simply amazing and has a tremendous in-depth experience of Tier 1 entrepreneurial law and that s the reason he pulled it off really well in court which result in a positive outcome of my appeal.

I must say my experience with Westkin was very pleasant and I definatly recommend them for any immigration related matter especially for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visas. They have done for me and I am sure they can do it for you as well.
