I had booked an appointment over the telephone for initial consultation. Was told Amir Zaidi will call me. Received an email confirmation and a reminder too. But no one called. I called their office after waiting for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Was assured someone will call me within the hour. Has been past an hour and still waiting.
