Food wasn't ready when they said,when it was ready...

Food wasn't ready when they said,when it was ready, supposed to run out. Instead they placed on oven,and ignored it. Had to call again,and ask what the problem was. Where they lied,and said it wasn't ready yet. Even though I was watching everything through the window.
