The hotel is fine. Nice rooms and good cleaning. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. She had told us about the restaurant and so we decided to eat there. Then we got there and they actually had a very limited menu. We also saw several people look very sour. We jokingly said to each other, "Well, they have a really bad holiday." When we left 3 hours later, we understood why these people looked that way. The service was friendly, but at the same time very slow. We both ordered a starter and this went completely wrong. At first it took 45 minutes before we got something and then it was not right. Subsequently, the staff did not come along with this themselves, while they were well aware that something had gone wrong. We also heard from other people who were in the restaurant at the same time that it took a very long time. After we indicated that we were not completely satisfied with the starter, they compensated this with a free intermediate course.
We also had to wait a long time for new drinks and so after we had finished our food we decided to go straight away. This was then also compensated with a coffee from the company.
All in all, we sat for 3 hours and during that time we ate a very small starter + a main course.
We were sorry that the service was so difficult, as the food was very tasty.
