I went to the Huntsville branch to register my granddaughter for school. A wonderful employee by the name of Jake assisted me on the computer. I had worked in the library system for several years and I have to say I have never received such awesome customer service! You are so fortunate to have Jake! By the way I already knew how awesome he was.
