Don't expect to get things fixed quickly or properly, or even told when the repairs are gonna take place. Don't even bother about complaining to the head office about the repairs because you'll just get a rude dismissive email. The parking in the building I'm at is a nightmare, not to mention there's not enough parking for every tennant. The laundry room is a joke one washer and one dryer per building (that doesn't really work)

Super doesn't clean buildings no matter how dirty they are also, refuses to sanitize door handles as a Covid-19 precaution. Thinks leaving the fire doors open works good enough but poses a fire hazard. Lastly, there is now a package theif living in my building
