Just an FYI, their policy is not repair or replace. If you have equipment that needs repaired but the parts are no longer manufactured, ServiceOne will just 'buy out' your equipment/appliance. The buy out price is only as much as the parts and labor if they could repair it. So if you're hoping to have an appliance that is no longer manufactured covered by ServiceOne, theres a good chance you'll be stuck paying for the majority of a new appliance anyways. The extra star is for friendly staff.
