Such a lack of professionalism and a total ignorance of the client I have not met for a long time. I ordered and paid for a thermometer for the company (order 833025 / 15.05.2020). It was in stock at the supplier and I have been trying to find out for some time when we will take possession of the paid product. On the phone, when I manage to catch someone, I hear the same card "I check and come back with the phone". Nonsense! Nobody called me and I don't answer emails either. I see that it is a practice of this company from what I read here. It was the first order and certainly the last.
