Not all dealers are the same. We bought our 2010 Buick Enclave new from Joyce Koons Buick GMC. We ordered it with the features and options we wanted and waited about 6 weeks for delivery. It's always been serviced at Buick dealers - and with 176,500+ miles on it we plan to keep it that way. We've been to other Buick dealers for service and have not always had the best outcome. It's worth a little longer drive for the consistent good service we get at Joyce Koons Buick GMC. Peace of mind may cost a little - but when buying cars that cost well over $40k - gotta make them last!
