Absolutely miserable and rude staff. Completely shocking service for what you'd expect from a large multi-nation hotel chain. Property appeared to look well maintained but upon closer inspection, really quite shabby. And as usual, you have a lake in your bathroom after your shower.

I've had much better in Antwerp for about the same price which also included breakfast.
