This experience was my first time and they were informative courteous and prompt. They followed up on unit to make sure I was happy with the repair of my PS4 that was cheaper than buying a used one after my granddaughter dropped hers. It took a lil under two weeks for a 50% less than buying a refurbished unit. Overall I an a very satisfied customer job well done,
