I have had the pleasure of working with Dwell360 on many transactions over the years. I have been providing residential mortgages for over 17 years and Dwell360's marketing is hands down the best that I have ever seen. Their collateral materials are professionally done in their corporate colors and logo. They provide videos of their listings that are both informative as well as show a side of the Realtor that you typically never see. Finally, they are all about social media. All of their listings, success stories, and videos of their listings are always being posted onto social media. Above all that, they are thorough. They do not miss a detail when it comes to the transaction. From the Open House to the Closing table, they are there every step of the way. Dwell360 understand their market and are true professionals at representing Buyers and assisting their Sellers sell their homes for top dollar. Best of all, they get to know their clients personally.
