Called to look for staffing of an installation pro...

Called to look for staffing of an installation project in retail stores, for a fortune 100 company. Installing new computer equipment in the store. Not even an explanation, Just an abrupt "sorry I don't think we can help you". They emphasize IT in their marketing. yet have no options or considerations for me. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
