In 2016, troubled patients were still tied to bed without mercy. In Delft you will be briefly called off by the doctors on the clinic in a few seconds. Are irritated and rushed. I call Delft the body factory. Nursing at the counter ditto. Uninterested and snarling often. Do not take into account that there may be patients with non-congenital brain injury or mental illness. In 2018 they simply took information from my 2017 file without checking whether it is still up to date. And so I've been working with the complaints officer since last year to get my medication adjusted, but that must be done by a doctor. They all point to each other. When you request your file, you must write down all departments in writing with a copy of your identity card. But if you forget to mention a department, you have to fill out a form again with a copy of your identity card. You can not simply write that you want your entire file. Bureaucracy at its best. With my autism I always get anxious and over-stimulated from the hospital in Delft and not all specialists are in Voorburg. I do not understand how they could end up so high. Because patients are not listened to.
