My air conditioning unit went out late morning (fan worked, no cool air). Through my panic (service agent would be late day arrival), my husband was able to get us moved up by several hours! Mark Derby immediately found the problem, offered to replace the part on our outdoor unit, hosed down our unit, checked the inside unit and offered help and suggestions on near future total replacement. We have always had fantastic service, prompt and reasonably priced, as we have now had a service contract for a few years. Living in Texas in the middle of summer with triple digit temperatures, there is never a convenient time for the breakdown of ones air conditioner.
