The wine is great, but the customer service, not so much. I just called to see if they are open on the Family Day holiday in February. Not only does their recorded message not mention the holiday hours (or if they are open or closed), but it still mentions the regular old hours, that have long since been cut back because of COVID. You ve had so much time to change your recording. Why can t you be bothered? Not customer friendly. Any changes to hours should be updated IMMEDIATELY on your recording, and also on your website. It s not difficult, nor does it take much time and effort. You should also make sure you provide timely information about holiday openings and closings in advance of any holiday. Your lack of care just pushes me to go to the LCBO instead, and you lose business. Not smart.
