Placed an emergency 24h call as our boiler had failed with no heating or hot water. An generic mobile number called me while I was on a Video Conference for work. I called it back within 10min and Hewer answered, apparently it was the Engineer calling while I was on a work call however, the mobile number was a generic call routing number. I called back within 10 min of the missed call, I was transferred and on hold for 10 min and the call was dropped their end. I called back and it was constantly unavailable. When i did get through they said oh well, can't get there until tomorrow now. ITS ONLY MIDDAY NOW!!!
EDIT: I have been contacted by HEWER who have apologised for my experiences and advised me an engineer will be with me today.
