Honestly, the most unfriendly experience I've ever had at a shop. I get that it's COVID, but the door is blocked with only a small slit opening, the guy stood in the middle of the room (nowhere near the door) making hand gestures at me. I explained what I needed (a tube) and what size and he said they didn't have it. Didn't check or anything. And it showed it online as available in store. No explanation, nothing. Just "we don't have it" as he stood there in the middle of the room staring at me with his mask on. Won't go back. I'd travel a little further for friendly service before I go there again.
