My grandfather was just diagnosed with Covid-19 while in the memory care facility. This is an area that has been on lockdown for months. Poor communication by staff and no apparent policy on how to handle the situation led to him being released from hospital back to the facility. He's been rushed back to hospital now with dangerously low oxygen count. He's 95 years old. I would not recommend anyone consider this facility for a loved one. Lack of leadership and accountability leads to mistakes that cannot happen with the elderly.
