Contact them yourself, or you'll be left waiting forever.

My GP recommended me to OLVG for a consultation. They were supposed to call me to make an appointment. 2 weeks went by, nothing. In the end, while I was in a meeting, my phone rings. I rush outside and answer it - it can't have been more than 2 rings. I answer hello and I hear the other side hanging up.
Next day, I receive a mail from them saying that 'Het is helaas niet gelukt om telefonisch contact met u op te nemen'.... SERIOUSLY? Two rings is counts as a "we tried to contact you but couldn't"?
