Please be aware if your doctor uses Elizur as a supplier. The company had the retail price for a sling at almost $1000 and between my copay and what the insurance paid collected over $700 for an item that could be purchased for $150 - $200. Love the job my doctor is doing, hate the fact they are associated with such a scam.
