I have been working at Takeda San Diego, Inc. for a few years now and I have to say that it has been a great experience overall. The company provides a positive work environment and encourages collaboration among teammates. The management team is supportive and values employee feedback. The work-life balance is also decent, allowing you to have a personal life outside of work.
