Considering other industry publishings, these guys seem to understand how to cover the high/lows on scope, budget, design, and scale so that the content is accessible for anyone working in the restaurant / commercial kitchen arena. I'm on the design side so dig into their RDD magazine more but we also use FES to keep up with equipment trends. We are out of LA and develop thoughtful design counter service / quick serve spaces up to elaborate high end restaurant experiences. Thank you Zoomba for representing the industry for all of us!
