Carmax was one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I started with Barbara Swan in Midlothian- she was the greatest help in finding me what I was looking for without me having to look for car after car. And then once we found the car she made sure she had it to another location to test drive and put me in touch with the salesperson in the Sterling location. Once i got in touch with Mr. Alan Munson he helped me to test drive that car and then we found my perfect car with everything we were looking for. The paperwork went fast and easy. He made sure everything was done without hassle. I love my new car.... I know I will be back to Carmax for any other future vehicle purchases. Great job to both of them for making my car buying experience so nice and easy for once. Thanks Carmax. :0
