I've used Holland BPW for 2 years now, and nearly half that time has been spent fighting with them over my bills for various reasons. Some of the issues include charging my landlord instead of me, the auto-pay taking a payment despite me manually paying in advance, them being unable to refund me in a timely manner after the double payment (takes "a few weeks"!), having to ask multiple times for them to cancel my auto-pay because I couldn't see the auto-pay I had setup in my account online, them billing my landlord instead of me AGAIN, and probably other issues that I can't think of right now.

I have every intention of moving when my lease is up, just to avoid giving this company anymore money. The customer service is always pleasant but the company itself is such a pain to deal with.
