Dolan Memory Care has a home-like atmosphere, but with the accessibility and security that keeps residents safe. The small group homes are arranged as a neighborhood with wonderful (secure) patios and porches. The care partners learn the best way to interact with each resident to help them remain calm and happy, even when they are confused. They prepared us (and themselves) well for the difficult transition period. Care partner turnover has been very low in our house, so they know us and we know them. That is definitely the key to stable day-to-day life for the residents and peace of mind for family.
