Frustrating experience, Again. I still wonder why I shop here and how such a large electronics store remains in business. I ordered a simple dongle online for in-store pick-up, and it took me three tries to make sure I was able to select the store nearest to me (which showed the device was available).

When I showed up, the front desk (Customer Service) clerk was busy with a return, no other clerk to help. He never looked around to see if there were any other customers waiting for his help. When I approached him, with my online order question, he mentioned I had to go to the check stands. I stand in line, and there is no order under my name, even when I showed them my confirmation email. Turns out, the system had placed the order to the wrong store. I asked to cancel the order. The clerk says, it doesn't have to be as the order isn't processed until you pay for it at the store. And I should just go to shelves and pick it out myself.
