I'm really unhappy with the way things run at this...

I'm really unhappy with the way things run at this clinic. For starters, the women in the front office area are often rude, condescending, and lazy. They cannot be trusted to give accurate information about anything going on at the clinic. Each one of them will give you a totally different answer to a question. Often I'll be told that they'll have to ask someone about a question of mine and that they'll call me when they have the answer. Do they actually call? NO! They are unbelievably disorganized, make you feel unwelcome, and could care less about you as a patient.

Originally I was a patient of Dr. Johnson and can honestly say he is a good man and a good doctor that I will exempt from the low rating I gave this facility. He's the only decent professional I've encountered working at this place. However, I was shifted from his care to another doctor when I gained insurance and it was a nightmare from that point on. I was told by this doctor that I had a disease that I thought was so unlikely I actually had that I immediately started trying to find another opinion. Sure enough, the second opinion I got revealed absolutely ZERO evidence of this disease. I also saw one nurse practitioner that blatantly lied to my face and caused me a lot of hassle and headache I didn't need.

If you have any other options besides this clinic, please don't waste your time coming here. All they will do is drain your time, your wallet, and your sanity.
