I thought that the staff was very friendly here. I had no problems getting an appointment or submitting my paperwork. My passport arrived at my home 10 days later. Amazing! If you have to travel for passport renewal, I would recommend choosing the Miami office. Just make sure that you read through the requirements very carefully before you go.
