Rich at St Charles Nissan took amazing care of my daughter when she was the innocent party in an accident totaled her car and left her in quite a pickle (thanks to tonia marine insurance for lousy payout for an accident that was their client's fault ... but I digress). Rich and Sid pulled out all the stops and got her in an amazing car!! Above and beyond customer service!!
