Unfortunately, the package was again not stored at the agreed location? Just put it on the stairs at the front door. I had also already caught a DPD driver who simply threw the package over the garden fence. Why give an extra info where the parcel should be put when it is simply ignored anyway. Next time there might be a fragile item or something valuable and it will just be stolen.
In any case, our DHL courier always manages to either ring the bell or drop off the packages at the agreed location. We actually have most of the trouble here with DPD, although we sometimes have black sheep with us at GLS.
