We visited them this past August, we were greeted with friendly smiles of welcome come right in. We walked in with excitement hopes of departure of upgraded wedding set in bag from prices on web. We stood patiently a few minutes at their recognize employees next customers in line. While we waited patiently 2 others stood a distance behind us but was attended to first. We immediately felt radically profiled a young lady our culture assisted us, but we also noticed at the same time other cultures were available they just glanced without attempting to proceed next customer. She was professional with open minded friendliness, her natural curls popped! We are in their bridal section hopes for what options we have with prices from website and work with what we had $800 cash on us; $500 on our debit card with credit card of $200. Thoughts of possible credit approval for their card since we have the same bank they do. All of their rings were beautiful and out of our price range. Our credit was denied but explained we understood. My ring I had on was missing a few diamonds, options to add and fix was $1400. He would have been ring less.The wine they served was tasty, they toast to your happy time. Plans if we return in future with more money on hand, gave us motivation to bring $5K. We were not giving up so we went to Kay Jewelers in Tyrone Mall walked out with a beautiful wedding set 50% off with Lifetime Warranty with the money we had and was approved for their credit card for $3500. We got married 8/21 live on Facebook. This review was to share our personal experience while shopping for a wedding sets and our outcome.
