I ordered equipment that was back ordered. The equipment did not come in by the expected date so I requested a refund. The owner, Greg Weber, did not respond to my emails. I had to speak on the phone with Tom, who (I am not exaggerating) screams at you and speaks a mile a minute. Terrible customer service. I cannot imagine my experience if I actually bought something and had to continue to deal with them. I feel fortunate the equipment did not come in.
