I d heard great things from my neighbor about Dr. Berger s team prior to my first visit. The only thing that came close to a negative was this one misplaced errant thought. Am I on some kind of assembly line? Yes and no. The team is big. They handle a lot of people at one time. Each person on the team is a specific cog in the wheel. They each handle one area only and they do it thoroughly. They also do it with a very polite, pleasant, attentive, and sincere demeanor. The whole operation is well and thoroughly thought out. They service your needs at every level from beginning to end with your comfort and best possible outcome as the goal. Right down to beginning pain, side effects and symptom management BEFOR you arrive at the surgical center the day of your surgery. What better way to help your recovery than to be proactive about what your body is going to be going through, reacting to, and dealing with? They really focus on treating the person and not just the area being operated on. And they have organized their whole operation to do that effectively and efficiently for as many people as possible in the shortest period of time. Clearly, the less invasive approach Dr. Berger invented was motivated by a desire to help as many people as possible get the best outcome with the least amount of damage, discomfort, and pain. And he and the team are succeeding beautifully. So, the efficiency of process from beginning to end can, for a brief moment, seem like an assembly line. Without them doing what they do so well who knows how long one would wait to have the surgery they need performed by the guy who s the best in the business? Dr. Berger is not only a talented genius, he s also clearly a talented leader to have put together such a superb team and such a highly focused process. It s the whole package. I m very grateful for every aspect of what Dr Berger and his team offer in his practice.
