Wonderful experience from start to finish. I m an out of state buyer interested in a specific pre owned car they had. I submitted an internet lead and was almost immediately contacted by Jeannie Ritchey. The car had just gotten to their dealer and there was very little information available online. Within 3 hours, Jeannie had tracked down all the information on the car that I requested, and had personally found the car to send me pictures. I decided I wanted the car and let Jeannie and the sales manager Aaron know to proceed. The night before they were to deliver the car to me 500 miles away, an issue with the car arose. Instead of delivering it the way it was, they elected to wait until the next day to contact me and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. The car arrived when it was supposed to, and looked even better than I expected it to. I have bought 10+ cars over the internet, sight unseen, and this is without a doubt the most efficient experience I have had in doing so. A+ all around to this organization. I ll bet I don t have more than 30 minutes of my time wrapped up into buying a car - the way it should be. No surprises along the way. Very happy with Jeannie, Aaron, and their finance manager Bryce.
