We bought a new Highlander last night, so this is a preliminary review. Our salesman, Joseph was very green, but he was sweet, and tried hard. The sales mgr, Ray was great. We had an advertised price from a nearby dealer that looked almost too good to be true. Once Ray confirmed that it was in fact a real ad on a reputable site, he offered to match it. They really wanted to earn our business, and did so in the end. We paid cash for the vehicle, so financing was a breeze. Everyone was very professional, and most importantly, the Toyota Highlander XLT blew away the Nissan Murano Platinum and Honda Pilot EX-L in quality, comfort, technology, and overall driving (and riding) experience.
All in all, it was a great car buying experience.
