STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!
I didn't mind that the opening of the accounts took over a month, I thought it was an exception.
Domestic transfers take 2-3 days, tikkie once took 3 days to arrive! The service is really very poor and now I am busy with closing of the accounts. For almost one month again! I have to write letters, I am making phone calls every day... It's becoming part of my daily routine... Drama.
During the fourth call, having the name of the person I spoke to, I was assured, I would receive an update via phone call or email that same day (because that same promise was not kept the day before, did I mention that I call them every day?). Guess if I received the update?
