Great collector, reception and account manager. Manager of the day was rubbish. No names. The failing of this company is that it did not say that the price quoted could be adjusted on collection. That's all they needed to say. Because their process does not accept photos of the car to confirm condition, they renegotiated on collection. This was unfair on the collector and customer and a rubbish way to do business. If I had known that renegotiation was possible I would have offered photos. I'm not disputing the condition of the car, just the rubbish process or lack of communication Trent's has.
