Refuse to pay additional living expenses during Hurricane Matthew. Also, refuse to write denial letter for FEMA. We received no help due to this. Used all of our savings. I am a small business owner with seven kids. Terrible company. Now it is Hurricane season again(Irma).

Once again another hurricane(Flornce). Still refusing to write a denial letter. Again no help from FEMA or the SBA. Over 4 feet of black water in my house. Total shame.
