I am always so thankful to Mr. Venkat(HR Manager) and Akhila (HR). I have a small suggestion for the HR team to change the Referral policy. I've referred 2 candidates and we all three worked for almost 8 months...but i didn't get my referral bonus yet. Please revise the Referral policy
