The motel component is sensational. Would be a five star review if this was the only part of the experience.

The Coffee House was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Told 45 minute wait, so seek to have a drink at the bar 15 metres away, only to return 20 minutes later and be told we were called and names since taken off the list. "We don't call you from outside the (full) waiting area." After a further 30 minutes of waiting, we checked once more our status only to be told "oh I forgot to tell the wait staff to put you back on the list." So after 55 minutes... we have a table.

Seated at the table, we are soon greeted with our server, whom we cannot understand a single word from and vice versa. Meals we ok, home cooked style in that you'd present something equal or better doing it yourself. We aren't asked if we would like something to drink, whilst rolls are casually put on the table.

Dessert was a disaster. The Lemon Meringue pie was thrown onto the plate. No understatement, what little form there was to the meringue quite literally fell away seconds after reaching the place.

Avoid the food offerings like the plague and you'll enjoy this hotel.
