Unfriendly staff. Says nothing to me as I m standing at the register for 5 mins while they make a coffee for the only other person in there. The chubby person with the pony tail needs to learn customer service better or maybe get a job where they don t have to help people. I work across the street and like supporting independent businesses, but people with that attitude will make me stop at Starbucks instead.
